Trichoderma caribbaeum IHBT was isolated from the Palampur region 32.1109° N, 76.5363° E of Himachal Pradesh, India. Genome sequencing data was generated using the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform in a paired-end 2 x 150 bp mode and PacBio Sequel II.
